is what you are looking for.
CPLive!! is an upgrade/add-on that can be purchased with
Consumer Portal.
It includes all of the enhancements and capabilities of our Consumer Portal product,
however, once a consumer has entered all required information and selects 'Submit',
they will now receive LIVE quotes back from carriers' sites!
With
CPLive!!, the CSR(s) or producer(s) will still be notified that a quote
was completed on your agency website. The email will contain a "quicklink" which
takes the CSR(s) or producer(s) directly to the quote in EZLynx. Defaults can be
established by your agency to assist the consumer through the quoting process. Many
customers today might not be familiar with coverage terminology such as "stacked"
coverages, therefore, defaults can be set to enable the consumer to receive live
quotes directly back from multiple carriers.
